Use aluminum cutters and choose patterned papers or pictures photocopied onto card stock. Trace the cutter on top; cut it out. Dab white craft glue along cutter's edge. Press the paper in place and let it dry. Thread narrow ribbon through the needle; poke between the paper and cutter, and wrap ribbon around the top of the cutter. Slip a bead over ribbon's ends and then knot it.
